Life doesn't have to stay this way.

Whether you’re living with anxiety,

 struggling in your relationships,

 carrying grief, facing addiction

or feeling you’ve lost your direction,

together we’ll work to understand what has brought you here, restore what matters most, and move towards a fuller way of living.

Hi, I’m Darren

At Lion Wellness, I work primarily with men — and the people around them — navigating the many forms of human suffering that often show up as anxiety, anger, relationship conflict or a loss of direction. Often these experiences are connected to deeper patterns in how we relate to ourselves, others and the world.

This work frequently touches the parts of life that matter most: our relationships, our sense of purpose and direction, our performance at work, the process of healing old wounds, engaging with the parts of ourselves we have pushed into the shadows, and ultimately the search for a more grounded and fulfilling way of being.

My approach brings together insights from ancient cultural wisdom with contemporary psychological understanding and professional practice.

Having witnessed members of my own community and loved ones navigate these struggles, I carry a deep commitment to helping people find pathways toward clarity, responsibility and enduring, transformative change.

Kind words from past customers

“A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not met, we don’t function as we were meant to. We break. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.”
